Ode to Julie, Her Royal Rubberness

Like many of you, I am a huge fan of JulieHRR's work. A while back I stumbled upon the most wonderful gift idea, designed by Julie ~ a notepad cover with unbelievable creative possibility! Let me tell you, I've been going crazy making these babies! Julie has generously given permission for me to post a link to her Noteables design instructions/pattern for this fantastic project.
